Modern Slavery Statement 2026
Updated: May 2026
Ancile Insurance Group Ltd and its associated companies are committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our business and supply chains. We uphold the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and operate with a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking.
We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. Our recruitment practices ensure all employees have the legal right to work in the UK, receive written contracts of employment, and are fully informed of their statutory rights. We do not work with any organisation that knowingly supports or is found to be involved in modern slavery.
We conduct appropriate due diligence on our suppliers and include anti-slavery obligations within our contractual arrangements. Where risks are identified, we work with suppliers to address concerns and, where necessary, will terminate relationships that do not meet our standards.
We provide awareness and guidance to our colleagues to help them identify and report any concerns relating to modern slavery. This statement reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting human rights and continuously improving our practices.
This statement is reviewed annually as part of our compliance programme.
